What a way to start a journal.

Michael Jackson is dead.

It still doesn't feel real to me, to be honest. I don't exactly know what to say. He was such a talented guy, and frick was his music awesome. No matter how much the media have tried to drag him down and pick him apart over the years, I'll always be a true fan. May he rest in peace now.

So, DA, hmmm. To be honest, I've had no time for it recentley whatsoever. School and exams are totally dominating my life at the moment, and that is in no way an exaggeration. I'm completely shattered, seriously. I may have covered it up with lots of photography, but it's nothing compared to what I hope to get done this summer, if I have the time.

Talking about the summer holidays, I really really can not wait. There's so much I want to cram in that I don't think I'll have the time! I mainly want to focus on my novels this summer. That's right, I write too. But very very badly. Still, I think I love it more than anything in the world, so I'm going to give it my best shot. I'm actually going to the place where my first book is set on holiday, so I'm weeell excited about that - hoping dearly for some inspiration.

Things have been getting quite desperate, lately. Today in englsih I was meant to be writing my Pride and Prejudice coursework, but I was actually doing some more book planning. Oooops. My teacher didn't notice though, so I figure it was okay. I do better coursework at home anyway, so yeh, I feel that I made the most of the time! I'm also getting into the bad habit of doodling in science and paying little attention. It really isn't good! I'm so fed up with working right now, though, after having an entire week of exams and months of previous pressure. So glad it's nearly all over with. Then, when I get back to school, I seriously promise I will work!

That might look like it's in monotone, but it really isn't. That's the 'ah' of excitement, people! I've been waiting for this to come out since before The Order of the Phoenix was even in the cinemas!

IT'S BEEN A LONG WAIT AND NOW I AM SO VERY EXCITED!!!
